Service description

tui.company provides terminal-first productivity tools and integrations, including scheduling and sync features. We may add, modify, or remove features over time.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service for unlawful, harmful, or abusive activity.
Do not attempt to access data or systems you are not authorized to use.
Do not interfere with or disrupt the service, including through excessive automated requests.

Google services

If you connect Google services, we request Google Calendar scopes to read and write calendar events and related metadata to provide syncing. You can revoke access at any time from your Google Account permissions page, which will disable calendar features.

Intellectual property

All software, branding, and content are owned by tui.company or its licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the service as provided.

Availability and changes

The service is provided as available. We may change or discontinue the service or these terms. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised terms.

Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error free.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, tui.company will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim, or USD 100 if you paid nothing.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms or misuse the service. You may stop using the service at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the service ends.
